• ISBHA facilitates delivering programs and executing ideas by directly connecting with, and reaching target populations. ISBHA also succeeds because its network of on-the-ground managers and trusted messengers can tailor and oversee programs to achieve optimal benefit for the communities they serve by listening to feedback and capitalizing on the human capital in the camps. ISBHA also succeeds because its administrative team regularly visits the refugee camps served and because it builds on experience and connections to the United States health care system.
